11/15: Due to popular demand, a second show has just been added!
Gearing up to release his debut EP, Hayden Everett is a 20-year-old indie songwriter from Los Angeles. He is currently studying jazz piano performance at UCLA, with a minor in Music Industry. Hayden was the overall and audience choice winner of UCLA's 2018 Spring Sing, joining past competitors Sara Bareilles (a two-time winner), Maroon 5 and Linkin Park.
Hayden's music is raw and vulnerable, and boasts a unique sound influenced by his upbringing in jazz and R&B, folk, and worship music. Some of his main influences include Ben Howard, Bon Iver, The Oh Hellos, and Kevin Garrett.
Tickets are $10 and are available in advance at the link below, or you may purchase your tickets at the door the night of the show. Doors open one half hour before show time. We accept cash only at the door (ATMs are nearby).
The Back Room is an all-ages, BYOB (for those 21+) space, dedicated to (mostly) acoustic music of all kinds. You are welcome to bring your own adult beverage with no additional corkage fee. If you need more information or have any questions, please call us: #510-654-3808. Thank you for your support!
