Kim Joyce (born Kimberly Joyce Wilburn) is a singer-songwriter-musician. Kim was born in Lansing, MI, but raised in metro Detroit, where she sang in her father's church. While playing for the Ohio State women's basketball team in college, Kim traveled back and forth from Columbus to Detroit to record and produce original songs with her brother-in-law in his home. During her junior year in college, she joined the alternative/hip hop band, LaQuest, as the lead singer.

Since graduating and continuing her career as a solo artist, Kim has produced and written her signature EP, Kimberly Joyce (2006), released her freshman album, Eleven (2010), released two highly expressive mixtapes, Different Sides of Sexy (2008), hosted by DJ Holiday and DJ Dommy Styles, and Tomboy Swag (2010), hosted by Da’ Hitman. Recently, Kim released an EP, Unstoppable, which included the hit singles “Aw Sh*t,” “Timeless Moments,” and “Rock and Roll." Kim is looking to release her sophomore album, which is titled Earth, in Spring 2018.
