Please join us for an afternoon of Hawaiian Music, featuring Zanuck Lindsey and Kimo Artis with special guest Patrick Landeza.
Traditional Hawaiian music has taken the world by storm, and we are pleased to present two amazing masters of this genre in their first Berkeley appearance, Zanuck Lindsey and Kimo Artis. Both Zanuck and Kimo are founding members of the award-winning band Kapala, and are celebrating the release of their new Hula CD on this mainland tour.
"These guys have been around for a while and their repertoire of both traditional and contemporary Hawaiian music is extremely impressive," says Patrick Landeza, mainland's first and only Na Hoku Hanohano award-winner.
Landeza, a Berkeley native (of Hawaiian ancestry), will be joining them as their special guest.
Be sure to join us for a Saturday matinee show filled with music, hula and aloha!
