Kate Copeland and Kirsten Maxwell

Kate Copeland is an award-winning singer/songwriter composer/arranger based out of Los Angeles.

A graduate of Oberlin Conservatory's composition program, she has worked in the studio with a variety of artists in addition to putting out her own music. Some recent production credits include General Mojo's How Hollow A Heart EP (2016), Mike O'Malley's Growlers EP (2016), and DOUGMORE's debut album Outorboros (2017). She released her first solo album, recollection room, in June 2015, and her follow-up EP Red and Blue in May 2016. ASCAP declared her 2016's winner of the prestigious Robert Allen Award for songwriting.

"With soft instrumentals, enchanting vocals, and gypsy-soul lyrics, Kate Copeland is remarkable." — Planet Stereo

"Kate's songs have a lot of words. They are the right words. Most importantly they say something." — Wise Madness

Kirsten Maxwell is a New York-raised, Nashville-based singer/songwriter. She has toured extensively over the past 4 years, and has shared stages with such musical greats as Melissa Etheridge, Ferron, and Karla Bonoff.

Last year, Maxwell performed a solo show at The Cutting Room in NYC, accompanied by Paul Shaffer. In a review of her latest self-titled EP, John Apice of No Depression writes, “Her voice alone wraps itself around your ears…this is an artist still in the making and not just a singer.” In September 2018, Maxwell performed the single from the EP on Good Day New York.

"I once saw Kirsten Maxwell take the stage in a raucous bar. The patrons were there to drink, not listen. She began a delicate ballad, and by the third line, she had them in the palm of her hand. Kirsten is a strikingly special performer.” — Paul Shaffer
